How do I return products?
You can return your products easily by shipping them to the address mentioned below. We will process your returns on receipt of the product in a satisfactory condition.
How much time would it take to get my refund at JIOFAB?
This depends on a case-to-case basis. Generally, when we receive the product, we check it to make sure it is in a saleable condition. If there is any other limitation with the product, we’ll make sure to check it before we issue your refund directly to your source. We may need your bank details for this.
On what basis do you accept returns?
We accept returns if-
- The product does not match expectations with regard to color, design or anything else.
- If the product has been found to be damaged while being shipped to you.
- If there are any other issues with the product sold to you.
There has to be a genuine reason for us to accept returns. If we find out that the product has been purposefully damaged and returned, we may not accept it. All of this depends on a case-to-case basis.
